Mrs. Bones Curio Cupboard is a Pittsburgh shop for people who have always preferred the unusual.
Our ever-changing collection brings together oddities and curiosities, vintage and antique finds, jewelry, clothing and formal gowns, collectibles, gothic and unusual gifts, handbags and accessories, children's clothing, footwear, home décor, horror collectibles, natural specimens, and other wonderfully strange treasures.
Mrs. Bones isn't built around mass-produced sameness. Many of the things that find their way into the Cupboard are individual finds, vintage pieces, limited items, discontinued merchandise, handmade goods, or one-of-a-kind discoveries. That means the collection is constantly changing—and once something leaves the Cupboard, we may never find another one.
Every Piece Has a Story
We believe knowing what something is matters.
Vintage, antique, collectible, branded, and unusual pieces are researched whenever possible. Known makers, markings, materials, dates, identifying information, history, provenance, and condition are included in individual listings when available. Select pieces and subjects are explored further through our Curiosity Guides and Mrs. Bones Research Library.
Authenticity matters here, too. Mrs. Bones Curio Cupboard does not knowingly sell counterfeit, fake, replica, imitation, or intentionally misrepresented merchandise. Items are represented as genuine to the best of our knowledge and research, with photographs and known condition information provided so shoppers can examine what they're buying.
