Return & Refund Policy

Due to the curated and often limited nature of items in the cupboard, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Returns are only considered in cases of damage, defects, or order errors.

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part prior to shipment.

Photo verification is required for any damage or issue before a return or refund is approved. Each item is photographed prior to shipment to document its condition and accuracy.

We do not offer exchanges. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, so replacements are not available.

📦 Order Issues

Each piece is carefully documented before it leaves the cupboard.  If something arrives less than it should, we’ll make it right—but we do require clear photo verification.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • We are not responsible for delays once a package is in transit
  • Minor signs of wear may be present in vintage or pre-owned items and are considered part of their character
