Orders from Mrs. Bones Curio Cupboard are carefully packed and shipped from our Pittsburgh-based curio space.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Because many items are curated or assembled with care, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
