Crafted of Ivory-toned satin-like fabric with an ornate lace overlay, decorative embellishments, fitted bodice, layered high-low skirt, and extended train, this dramatic ivory gown combines romantic lace with a sweeping high-low silhouette and full train for a wonderfully theatrical look. The fitted bodice features an allover lace overlay with delicate embellishment, short sleeves, a flattering neckline, and a layered skirt that opens in front before cascading into a long train at the back.

Originally purchased new with tags, this gown was subsequently worn for a performance/event and extensively altered by its previous wearer to accommodate a larger fit. The original manufacturer's tag has been removed. The gown was originally marked Size Small.

PLEASE NOTE CONDITION & ALTERATIONS:
This is being sold as-is and in altered, pre-owned condition. Alterations include portions of the sleeves being cut/modified and portions of the interior lining being cut away to create additional room. There is also body makeup/staining on the interior bodice and visible dirt/soiling along the inside and lower portion of the train from dragging on the ground while worn. Additional signs of wear may be present.

We have not attempted to professionally clean or restore the gown. Because of the alterations, we strongly recommend reviewing all photographs carefully, including the ruler photographs, rather than relying solely upon the original size designation.

Despite its condition, this is still a striking gown with loads of potential. It could be professionally cleaned and further altered for bridal wear, or would make a fantastic choice for drag, theatrical costuming, pageants, photography, cosplay, costume design, upcycling, or a dramatic formal look.
